1 Acceptance of Terms

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to your registered payment method in PKR. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your withdrawable balance consists of your real money PKR balance after any applicable wagering requirements have been met. Bonus funds that are still subject to wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are completed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

m99999 offers a welcome bonus for new players, weekly reload bonuses for existing players and VIP cashback. The following terms apply to all bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms displayed in the Promotions section of your account. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• Welcome bonuses apply to first deposits only. Only one welcome bonus is available per account, per household, per device and per payment method.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on m99999. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches or technical errors in any game or platform function.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

• The account is being used for fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• The account holder is under the age of 18.
• The account has been compromised or is being accessed by an unauthorised party.
• The account holder has requested a self-exclusion period under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any real money balance remaining in the account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Bonus balances that are subject to active wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited. Real money deposits not connected to any violation are typically returned to the original payment method following investigation.
